GATES. LUDLOW', 2 1/2in. chambers, true cyl. in both, left wall thickness at 17, Jones patent rotary underlever, carved percussion fences, non-rebounding sidelocks, E.C. Hodges patent extractor, patent no. 3133 of 4th December 1865, action flats engraved 'JOSEPH BRAZIER ASHES', border and acanthus scroll engraving (rubbed), brushed bright and reblued finish overall, 14 3/4in. stock, weight 6lb. 12oz.
